What are your jewellery pieces made of? Are they hypoallergenic?
All of our jewellery components are made from high-quality materials. All metal parts—including clasps, earring findings, chains, and charms, are crafted from solid 925 sterling silver or gold-plated sterling silver. All of our materials are nickel-free, making them suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
Do you offer a repair guarantee?
Yes! At Beads Club, we offer a complimentary repair guarantee on all jewellery made during our workshops.
Our materials are designed for everyday wear and made to last. If your jewellery breaks, simply get in touch, we'll repair it free of charge. If any glass beads need replacing, we'll provide those at no cost as well.
Please note: The guarantee does not cover lost freshwater pearls, natural stones, or charms, nor does it cover normal wear and tear, such as the natural fading of gold plating or the tarnishing of sterling silver.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing gold-plated pieces before showering, swimming, exercising, or exposing them to perfumes and harsh chemicals. With proper care, your jewellery will stay beautiful for years to come.
